User Account Help

Logging in

Click the log in on the top toolbar.  This takes you to the Members login page where you can enter in your username and password. If you enter incorrect details, you’ll be prompted to check your User Name and Password. If you still cannot log in after checking those details, you can reset your password following the instructions under the Forgot your Password below the login.

Updating your email and/or password

When logged in, you can update your email and password using the My Account link under the Members section. Once you are at your account page, you can type a new email address and/or password, and then click Save Changes.

Updating your Credit Card details

When logged in, you can update your Credit Card details using the My Account link under the Members section. Once you are at your account page, click on the update your card icon, input the changes and click Update your card.

Logging out

If you are on a public or shared computer, it is recommended that you click the Logout menu item at the top right of the page, but otherwise it is not required.

Once you click Logout, you will be shown a page which confirms that you have logged out.

If you do not click Logout, you will automatically be logged out after a couple of hours.
